Summary of the Job
The position holder will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, digital marketing, and client relationship management within our organization. This role demands a skilled professional capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical abilities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions. Additionally, this role plays a key part in coordinating internal teams, delivering successful marketing projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with client goals and agency objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to craft innovative marketing solutions.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and assess digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Management: Oversee the company’s digital presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Client Collaboration: Understand client objectives and work with internal teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns that meet their needs.
- Transparency & Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and transparent communication.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, technical) to ensure smooth project execution and optimal results.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies.
- Client Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Business Development: Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential new clients, supporting business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, client management, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client management.
- Experience working in a promotional agency or similar environment is a plus.
