About the Program

The Shega Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a three-month immersive learning experience tailored for recent graduates and young professionals. It equips participants with practical skills, mentorship, and real-world exposure in areas such as market research, data analysis, digital media, and product development. The program aims to nurture future leaders and innovators by providing hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be offered full-time roles at Shega or other opportunities with partner organizations based on performance evaluations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships.

• Assist in drafting and refining proposals, presentations, and business development materials.

• Support relationship-building efforts with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of Shega’s commercial initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.

• Develop pricing strategies and competitive analyses to enhance Shega’s value proposition in the market.

Qualifications Requirement:

• BA degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• Participation in extracurricular activities highly encouraged

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of statistical tools or programming (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
• Prior experience in internships, volunteer roles, or leadership positions.
• Have experience or interest in areas like research, media, product development, or business strategy.
