How we Hire

At Shega, we only hire A players. These are the right superstars who can do the job we need done while fitting in with the culture of Shega.

The hiring process starts with a quick phone screening followed by 2/3 interviews and along with assignments or tests based on the role. We also do reference check before making a final offer.
